We do not maintain a phone line. All correspondence is in writing so that every editorial change can be referenced to a specific incoming message.
Response-time service level
Every well-formed message is acknowledged within 24 business hours. Calculation-disagreement reports are prioritised: if your inputs reproduce the discrepancy, we resolve it within five business days and notify you when the engine has been updated.
Privacy and security reports outside business hours are still monitored on a
best-effort basis. Mark the subject line [SECURITY] for security issues;
we respond within 24 hours regardless of weekday.
